18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

The DeepGoon website at deepgoon.com (the "Platform"), operated by Chromegreen Media Limited, is a platform exclusively for computer-generated, artificial-intelligence-created adult content.

All visual depictions displayed on this Platform are, and are required by our Terms of Service (Sections 4.2 and 5.2) to be, entirely AI-generated artificial imagery that does not depict any actual human being. Content depicting actual human beings — in whole or in part — is prohibited on this Platform without exception.

Because no visual depiction on this Platform consists of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the visual content on this Platform is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Every uploader warrants at the time of upload that their content depicts no actual persons. All uploads are reviewed by our moderation team before publication. If any content is discovered to depict an actual human being, it is removed immediately, the uploading account is terminated, and — where the content constitutes intimate imagery of an identifiable person — it is handled under our Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery removal process (Terms of Service, Section 7) and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law. Any uploader who breaches the no-real-persons warranty bears sole responsibility for all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 with respect to that content.
