Acceptable Use Policy

All companions and content on DeepGoon are produced by generative AI models in response to user prompts. Content is synthetic and fictional; every depicted character is a fictional adult aged 18 or older. Content does not depict real people or real events and must not be interpreted as professional advice of any kind.

You may not use DeepGoon to generate “deepfake” images, video, audio, or text, or any content depicting, impersonating, or built on the likeness of a real, identifiable person — including public figures and private individuals — in any sexual or non-sexual context. Companions are original fictional characters only.

You may not request, generate, solicit, or attempt to elicit content in any of the following categories. These prohibitions are enforced automatically by our moderation systems and by human review:

1. Underage / minors (incl. subjects in diapers). Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or characters who are described, implied, or made to look underage (children, teens, "barely legal", age-play as a minor, school-age framing, infantilization, diapers/ABDL in a sexual context). Age ambiguity is treated as a violation.
2. Non-consensual (incl. sleeping). Rape, sexual assault, coercion, forced sex, or any sexual activity with someone who cannot consent — unconscious, sleeping, drugged, or otherwise incapacitated. Includes "no means yes" framing and forced scenarios presented as real non-consent. Judge CONSENT, not vocabulary.
3. Incest (blood relatives). Sexual content between BLOOD relatives — characters framed as biologically related (parent/child, siblings, grandparent/grandchild, aunt or uncle with niece or nephew, first cousins), or "daddy/mommy" used to denote an actual biological parent.
4. Bestiality / animal cruelty. Sexual content involving animals, or depictions of animal cruelty. Includes real animals and clearly animalistic creatures used as a stand-in for an animal.
5. Sexualized violence / snuff. Violence that is ITSELF the sexual content: snuff or fantasy-snuff (killing, dying, or a corpse as the erotic act), necrophilia, torture or mutilation played for arousal, sexualized gore, or serious lasting bodily harm inflicted as part of the sex. Also abduction, captivity, or kidnapping used as a sexual scenario. The test is whether the violence is the TURN-ON.
6. Non-sexual violence against your companion. One-sided non-sexual violence against the companion herself — hitting, punching, choking in anger, or otherwise physically hurting a partner outside any consensual scene, as abuse rather than as story. A single deliberate blow counts; this does not have to be sustained or repeated.
7. Deepfakes / real-person likeness. Sexual or explicit content depicting, impersonating, or built on the likeness of a real identifiable person (celebrities, public figures, or private individuals named or described). Includes requests to "be" or roleplay as a named real person sexually.
8. Scat / fecal content. Sexual content involving feces or defecation — coprophilia, coprophagia, "scat play", smearing, eating, or being covered in feces, or defecating on/by a partner in a sexual context.
9. Sex enabled by drugging or hypnosis. Sexual activity made possible by a party being INCAPACITATED or their will overridden: someone drugged, spiked, roofied, or hypnotised into sex, or a party too impaired to know what is happening. This is a consent violation wearing another name — judge CAPACITY, not the presence of a substance.
10. Illegal activity / instructions. Instructions or facilitation for serious illegal activity: weapons/explosives manufacture, drug synthesis/trafficking, hacking/malware/credential theft, human trafficking, or other criminal plotting. Also self-harm/suicide methods or encouragement.
11. Real-world professional advice acted on as reliable. NARROW CATEGORY. Block only specific, actionable real-world guidance a user could follow to their harm, presented as reliable: a medical diagnosis or a dosage/treatment instruction, legal advice on the user's actual situation, a concrete investment or "put your money in X" instruction, or gambling picks. The harm is a companion being trusted like a doctor, lawyer, or broker.
12. Hate speech. Slurs, dehumanization, or content attacking or demeaning people based on protected attributes (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).

Real-world solicitation. Fictional adult roleplay — including sex-work themes between fictional characters — is permitted. However, you may not use the Platform to solicit, offer, advertise, arrange, or facilitate real-world prostitution, escorting, or sex-for-money services, or to link or direct users toward such services.

Prompts and generated responses are screened before and after generation, and every violation is logged to your account. A request that breaks these rules is refused outright and nothing is generated from it. Accounts are not suspended automatically; repeated or serious violations are flagged for human review, and we may suspend or permanently remove access following that review. Content in illegal categories is blocked immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
