Start with your AI companion, not a stranger's photo
The Goon Lab is an NSFW image-to-video generator, which means the first frame already exists before you type anything. You choose a photo from the Locker Room of a companion you built on DeepGoon. Her face, body, outfit, lighting, and setting all come from that image; the video model's job is to carry them forward through motion.
That makes the workflow much more controllable than text-to-video. You are not asking a model to invent the same person again from a paragraph and hoping it remembers her. You are animating a particular version of a particular fictional character — the frame you picked is held in front of you while you write the direction, so there is no ambiguity about who the clip is supposed to contain.
It is also a hard boundary. The source photo has to belong to one of the AI companions in your own Locker Room. The server checks that before a generation starts. Give her one readable action, a reaction, and perhaps a camera movement: she turns toward the camera and smiles; she steps closer while her hair moves in the wind; the camera pushes in as she looks up. There are no motion-template buttons forcing every character through the same canned loop. The direction is written in ordinary language, up to 600 characters, and checked before any Cores are taken. If it crosses a prohibited-content line, it is refused rather than sent to the video machine.
Four seconds, 107 frames, and sound in the same render
Each generation produces a square clip a little over four seconds long: 107 frames at 24 frames per second. It is long enough for a single action to land and short enough to loop cleanly in a character gallery or the public Snap feed.
Sound is part of the generation, not a stock track pasted on afterwards. The model creates the moving picture and its audio together, so the result arrives as one playable MP4. When it is done, it opens immediately in the same browser page with controls for sound and full-screen playback.
A render normally takes about two and a half minutes because the character is being drawn frame by frame. The page shows a real clock and progress bar while you wait. Keep that tab open: it is also the page that collects the finished file and puts it safely into your companion's gallery.

Your clip comes back to the character it started from
